Frequently Asked Questions
Support packs are prepaid, and include a fixed number of support hours, billed in 15-minute increments. Each ticket resolved deducts actual time from your support pack. Incident packs are flat-rate and not based. The more credits you buy, the more savings.

Unused credits expire after the validity period unless renewed.
Support packs are non-refundable. If we’re unable to deliver due to an internal reason, we may offer credit conversion or an extension.
Yes. All information exchanged under OpsCare is treated as confidential and will never be disclosed outside the project unless required by law.
By paying for a support pack or clicking "I Agree" in our onboarding email, you confirm acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Yes. You may request a detailed usage report at any time. Reports include ticket reference, date, consultant, and time logged.
Yes! You can top up, upgrade, or switch plans at any time. Unused credits from lower-tier packs may be rolled into a higher plan (subject to review).
